Requesting Data Deletion
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Send an email to karlihasann@gmail.com with the subject line "Notivo Data Deletion Request".
- Include the email address or account identifier you used inside the app, if applicable.
- Describe the data you would like deleted, such as account records, support correspondence, purchase records not required to be kept, or other cloud-linked operational data.
- If you also want local voice notes and recordings removed, delete them in the app where available or uninstall the app from your device.
- Allow up to 7 business days for confirmation that your request has been processed.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion request has been completed.
What Data Is Deleted
- Account-related or operational data stored on our services, where applicable
- Support emails and related correspondence once your request is resolved, where retention is not required
- Cloud-linked records associated with AI assistant, subscription, or service operations where applicable and where deletion is legally permitted
Most note content, recordings, transcripts, summaries, and collections may be stored on your device. Data stored only on your device remains until you delete it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
What Data May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained when legally required or for security, auditing, or fraud-prevention purposes:
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual
- Transaction records for subscriptions, credits, or in-app purchases, retained for tax and accounting regulations
- Log entries evidencing the completion of your deletion request
Any retained data is stored only as long as necessary to meet these obligations and is then deleted securely.
