Requesting Data Deletion

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Send an email to karlihasann@gmail.com with the subject line "Readflow Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address or account identifier you used inside the app.
  3. Describe the data you would like deleted (account data, analytics or crash data tied to your identifiers, subscription records where applicable, etc.).
  4. Allow up to 7 business days for confirmation that your request has been processed.

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion request has been completed.

What Data Is Deleted

  • Account-related or operational data stored on our services, where applicable
  • Crash reports and analytics events tied to your identifiers
  • Support emails and related correspondence once your request is resolved

Data stored only on your device (for example reading progress, lesson results, WPM history, and preferences) remains until you uninstall the App or clear app data in device settings. Please uninstall or clear local data if you no longer wish to keep it.

What Data May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained when legally required or for security, auditing, or fraud-prevention purposes:

  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual
  • Transaction records for in-app purchases, retained for tax and accounting regulations
  • Log entries evidencing the completion of your deletion request

Any retained data is stored only as long as necessary to meet these obligations and is then deleted securely.

  • Reporting bugs or crashes with reproduction steps
  • Questions about subscriptions, premium limits, or advertising
  • WPM, comprehension scoring, or onboarding baseline questions
  • Feedback or feature suggestions
