The Readflow app provides speed-reading training that may allow you to:

• Complete structured reading lessons with theory, RSVP-style practice, and comprehension checks
• Train with eye-movement and word-recognition exercises in the Practice section
• Track reading speed (WPM), comprehension, streaks, and lesson progress
• Set reading goals during onboarding and adjust preferences in settings
• Access premium features or subscriptions where offered

The App is for personal educational and training purposes. It does not provide medical, vision-care, or professional educational advice, and it does not guarantee specific reading-speed outcomes.

3. User Accounts and Data

3.1 Account Creation

• The App may require account creation for certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

3.2 Data Storage

• Your reading progress, lesson results, and preferences may be stored locally on your device
• History and metadata may be stored in local preferences or a database
• Some features may sync data to our servers if you use account or cloud features
• You are responsible for backing up your data where backup is not provided
• We do not guarantee data recovery in case of device loss or app uninstallation

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 User Content

• You retain ownership of information you enter, such as feedback or account details
• Lesson passages and exercise materials included in the App are licensed for use within the App and remain our property or that of our licensors
• You are solely responsible for any content you submit outside bundled materials

• Results vary by individual; we do not guarantee a specific WPM increase or comprehension level
• Consult an eye-care or education professional if you have vision or learning concerns
• Literary excerpts in lessons are provided for training; rights belong to their respective authors or licensors

5.2 Service Limitations

• Features may depend on device capabilities and network availability
• We may adjust lesson limits, daily caps, or premium gates to maintain performance or compliance
• Errors or delays may occur due to technical issues

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Data Collection

We may collect:

• Usage analytics and crash reports (for example via Firebase)
• Device information for technical support
• Metadata about your use of the App (such as timestamps and feature usage)
• Error logs for debugging purposes

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months before the claim, if any

11. Updates and Modifications

• We may release updates to improve functionality and security
• Updates may be required to continue using the App

11.2 Terms Updates

• We may modify these Terms
• Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law
