1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Reelix application ("App") from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable store terms, including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, or Google Play's Terms of Service, which govern downloads, in-app purchases, and subscriptions.

2. Description of Service

Reelix is an AI video and photo generator that turns your photos and text prompts into short videos and styled photo packs. The App may allow you to:

  • Pick a template and generate a video or photo pack from a photo you provide
  • Create videos from a text prompt (Text → Video) or animate a photo (Photo → Video)
  • Save generated videos and images to your photo library or share them
  • Keep your creations in an on-device Library and remix or animate them
  • Receive optional notifications when a generation is ready
  • Upgrade to Reelix Pro or buy credit packs for more generations, full photo packs in HD, and no watermark

AI-generated content. Results are created by AI models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect. They do not depict real events and must not be presented as real footage of a person.

3. App Store, Google Play & Device Requirements

  • The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play
  • You must comply with applicable store review guidelines and platform usage rules
  • Generating videos and images requires an internet connection
  • Taking photos requires camera permission; picking and saving photos and videos requires photo library permission
  • Optional notifications require notification permission when you enable them
  • We do not guarantee the availability, speed, or quality of every generation, which depends on third-party AI providers and your network

4. Accounts and Data

  • Reelix does not require email, Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or password registration
  • There is no sign-in screen; a Firebase anonymous account is created in the background to support credits, subscriptions, generation jobs, and device records
  • Uploaded photos are deleted from our servers right after generation (within 24 hours at most) and are never used to train AI models
  • Generated results are kept on our servers for up to 30 days for re-download, then deleted; your Library is stored on your device
  • We do not guarantee recovery of local data after uninstalling the App or resetting your device
  • You can delete your data at any time in Settings → Delete my data, or see our Support & Data Deletion page

5. Photos, Prompts, Consent & Acceptable Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App
  • Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission to use their photo
  • Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities, public figures, or anyone without their consent
  • Do not upload or prompt for nude, sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content
  • Do not use generated content to impersonate, harass, deceive, or defame anyone, or to create misleading deepfakes
  • You keep your rights to the photos and prompts you provide and may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the AI providers' terms
  • We and our AI providers may refuse or block generations that appear to violate these rules; blocked prompts do not use credits

6. Subscriptions, Credits & In-App Purchases

Reelix Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing:

  • Pro Weekly — weekly subscription with credits per billing period as shown in the App
  • Pro Yearly — annual subscription with credits every 30 days as shown in the App; may include a free trial with a limited number of credits
  • Credit packs — one-time purchases that add credits to your balance
  • Each template and video shows its credit cost before you create; credits for failed generations are refunded automatically
  • Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and subscription credits may not carry over after the subscription ends
  • Free results may be limited, lower resolution, or watermarked
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown in the App
  • On iOS, manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  • On Android, manage subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  • Use Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings after reinstalling or switching devices
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to store policies

7. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App may integrate with services such as:

  • Firebase (Google) for anonymous authentication, app integrity, analytics, remote configuration, messaging, cloud functions, storage, and cloud records
  • AI model providers (fal.ai, running models such as Kling and FLUX, and Runway) to generate videos and images
  • Adapty for App Store and Google Play subscription and purchase management
  • Sentry for crash and error monitoring

On iOS, App Tracking Transparency may be presented before analytics that could be used for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law
  • We do not guarantee that generated content will look a certain way or meet your expectations
  • You are responsible for how you use and share generated content
  • Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content except as required by applicable law
  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months before the claim, if any

9. Updates and Termination

  • We may release updates to add templates, improve generation quality, security, and platform compatibility
  • We may change the AI models used, template catalog, or credit costs; costs are always shown before you create
  • We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law
  • We may suspend access for users who violate the acceptable use rules above
  • You may stop using the App at any time; uninstalling removes local data unless backed up elsewhere
