1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Babymorph application ("App") from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable store terms, including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, or Google Play's Terms of Service, which govern downloads, in-app purchases, and subscriptions.

2. Description of Service

Babymorph is an AI baby generator that creates an image of what a future baby could look like from two parent photos you provide. The App may allow you to:

  • Take or pick two parent photos and generate a baby image
  • Regenerate results, create variants, and view a growth timeline
  • Save generated images to your photo library or share them
  • Receive optional notifications when you opt in
  • Upgrade to Babymorph Pro for credits, HD export, and extra styles shown in the App

For entertainment only. Results are AI-generated illustrations. They are not a genetic, medical, or scientific prediction of what a real child will look like, and they should not be used for any decision about family planning, paternity, or health.

3. App Store, Google Play & Device Requirements

  • The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play
  • You must comply with applicable store review guidelines and platform usage rules
  • Generating images requires an internet connection
  • Taking photos requires camera permission; picking and saving photos requires photo library permission
  • Optional notifications require notification permission when you enable them
  • We do not guarantee the availability, speed, or quality of every generation, which depends on third-party AI providers and your network

4. Accounts and Data

  • Babymorph does not require email, Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or password registration
  • There is no sign-in screen; a Firebase anonymous account may be created in the background to support credits, subscriptions, and device records
  • Parent photos are deleted from our servers right after generation (within 1 hour at most) and are never used to train AI models
  • Generated images and history are stored primarily on your device
  • We do not guarantee recovery of local data after uninstalling the App or resetting your device
  • You may request deletion of server-side records — see our Support & Data Deletion page

5. Photos, Consent & Acceptable Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App
  • Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission to use their photo
  • Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities, public figures, or anyone without their consent
  • Do not upload nude, sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content
  • Do not use generated images to impersonate, harass, deceive, or defame anyone
  • You keep your rights to the photos you upload and may use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • We may refuse or block generations that appear to violate these rules

6. Subscriptions, Credits & In-App Purchases

Babymorph Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing:

  • Pro Weekly — weekly subscription with credits per billing period as shown in the App
  • Pro Yearly — annual subscription with credits per billing period as shown in the App
  • 1 credit equals 1 generated image; the first baby result is free
  • Credits are tied to your subscription and have no cash value; unused credits may not carry over after the subscription ends
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown in the App
  • On iOS, manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  • On Android, manage subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  • Use Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings after reinstalling or switching devices
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to store policies

7. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App may integrate with services such as:

  • Firebase (Google) for anonymous authentication, analytics, remote configuration, messaging, cloud functions, and cloud records
  • AI image model providers (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI) to generate baby images
  • Adapty for App Store and Google Play subscription and purchase management
  • Sentry for crash and error monitoring

On iOS, App Tracking Transparency may be presented before analytics that could be used for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law
  • We do not guarantee that generated images will resemble any real child or meet your expectations
  • Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content except as required by applicable law
  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months before the claim, if any

9. Updates and Termination

  • We may release updates to improve generation quality, styles, security, and platform compatibility
  • We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law
  • We may suspend access for users who violate the acceptable use rules above
  • You may stop using the App at any time; uninstalling removes local data unless backed up elsewhere
